Last updated: 24 April 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Linqsa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Linqsa website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Who we are
Linqsa is operated by Linqsa Technologies [legal entity name to be completed], a company registered in [jurisdiction]. References to "Linqsa", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Linqsa Technologies.
3. Your account
To use the Services, you must create an account and complete identity verification. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Using the Services
Linqsa acts as a commerce layer that enables AI agents to initiate transactions on your behalf at merchants you authorise. By using the Services, you authorise us to:
- Verify your identity via our regulated KYC partners
- Process payments on your behalf within the limits you configure
- Route your transaction requests to merchants in our network
- Store transaction records and receipts in your account history
5. Payments, fees, and refunds
Pricing is described on our Pricing page. Transactions are settled via licensed payment service providers. Refund rules for specific purchases are set by the merchant; general consumer protections applicable in your jurisdiction apply.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful activity, to defraud merchants or agents, to exceed your approved spending limits, or to interfere with the operation of the Services.
7. Agents and authorisation
You may connect AI agents to your Linqsa account and grant them specific spending authority. You can modify or revoke this authority at any time. You are responsible for managing connected agents' permissions.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or suspend the Services in limited circumstances.
9. Intellectual property
The Linqsa name, logo, and service marks are owned by us. The Services and their content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linqsa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the final legal-reviewed version of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notification.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be finalised]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction].
