Linqsa was built on the principle that the user holds the keys. We collect the minimum data needed to verify your identity, route your transactions, and keep your account secure.

2. What we collect

We collect:

• Identity data. Name, date of birth, government-issued ID, biometric data (liveness + face match) processed via our regulated KYC partners
• Contact data. Email, phone number
• Payment data. Linked payment methods and transaction history
• Agent data. Which AI agents you've connected and the permissions you've granted
• Usage data. Basic technical data about how you interact with the Services (device type, app version, error logs). Never linked to ad identifiers

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the Services, verify your identity, process transactions you authorise, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Who sees your data

• You. Full view of your identity, agents, and transactions in the Linqsa app at any time
• Connected agents. Only what you explicitly permit them to see (spending limits, category rules, approval behaviour)
• Merchants. Only what's needed to fulfil the order (delivery address, order line items, payment confirmation)
• Our subprocessors. Identity verification, payment processing, hosting, customer support tools. Full list available on request
• Regulators and courts. When legally required, in response to valid legal process

5. Where we store it

Data is stored in our primary hosting region. Cross-border transfers to jurisdictions outside that region require your explicit consent.

6. How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by applicable law (typically 5 to 7 years for financial records).

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data (subject to retention obligations)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Security

We use industry-standard security: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, hardware security modules for sensitive credentials, biometric binding for high-risk actions, 24/7 monitoring, and regular penetration testing.

9. Cookies

Our website uses minimal essential cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels. Analytics are aggregated and privacy-first.

10. Children

Linqsa is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this policy in advance via email or in-app.
